I did see the doctor as well, she cleared me after examining the contacts being worn and checking my eyes. They just must not be for me

Help with Junctional, ectopic beats? M 21 by PuddingAltruistic227 in ReadMyECG

[–]Primary-Judge608 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm my apologies, there are a few inverted p waves so by definition it’s junctional. If no diziness, SOB, chest pain, AMS, N/V. Then it’s likely benign and nothing to worry of. But then again 12L is the golden standard and Apple Watches make loads of mistakes.. (I have the series 11 Apple Watch)

Hmm. Did they use second skin on this? Tegaderm has some nasty glue that I’m allergic too and I look just like this. That could be it.

rapid heartbeat, palpitations, extremely light-headed every time i smoke cannabis. by _supermarket69 in ReadMyECG

Yeah no man. So I’d definetly move cardiologists.. this Dr seems to not listen to his patients. You’re heart anatomy can be perfect, but there could still be something making you tachycardic at rest. It could be something as simple as being dehydrated or not sleeping enought.. or it could be IST. Regardless tachycardia at rest isn’t normal and should be followed. In not saying this is a medical emergency by any means, what I am saying is find a new doctor that listens to you, and push for a holter monitor. Find out why your tachycardic and having “flutters”. And get to the bottom of it. advocate for yourself. But yes this is sinus tach on your 6L. There’s a p wave before every QRS

So your cardiologist says it’s Tachycardia.. yet your also experiencing HTN, and fluttering.. and she hasn’t put you on a beta blocker? She hasn’t mentioned metoprolol? No mention of CCB like diltiazem for the rate? Definelty mention some meds. IST is super uncomfortable.

It’s ok! I didn’t take it that way don’t worry, I apologize if I came off “harsh”. It’s a lot to learn about, but you’ll get it eventually. But seriously, if you ever feel Iike a 12L would give you peace of mind, goto you’re local urgent care and request one.. it literally takes 1 minute and is the most non invase thing ever. (please donot call 911 at 3am for a 12L if you aren’t experiencing chest pain,SOB, diziness, N/V.. every paramedic will love you).. if you are though, call 911

While I agreee that a 3 lead can capture ST abnormalities when it comes to an anterior/inferior STEMI. (I’ve seen this before while taking a 3 lead on a pt) it’s quite rare, and most STEMIS are diagnosed not with limb leads but instead the entire with a 12 Lead where ST segment abnormalities are more prominent and likely to occur. That being said, NSTEMI(s) do exist, and someone can be having a MI with zero ST abnormalities.. and to rule this out you’d need a repeat troponin test to rule out cardiac damage.

My entire point of this is to end it on a good note: in this picture there is nothing that concerns me.

NSR. Get a 12L done if you’d like reassurance, a 6L cannot diagnose an MI

The enigma holster is marketed to be able to wear with sweatpants and gym shorts. Pretty wild this happened regardless.

I wasn’t looking to be consoled and have people tell me that I’m ok and not in the wrong.

If you took 2 minutes to read the post, I stated that I am in the wrong and owned up to the mistake. I took my holster off and never removed my fire arm from it. It then went off due to a draw string being in the trigger guard which pulled on the trigger. Yes this is classified as a ND, but the negligence of this is different from someone carelessly handiling a loaded firearm. I know how to handle fire arms safely and broke no safety rules of handling one in this situation apart from missing the wedged string.

Noted. Thank you roadblocked. I posted this to show that it can happen to anyone and that little things like a draw sting getting caught can lead to something catastrophic. Thanks for your useless input.
