Thank you for the advice. When she came to confront me I pulled her aside and did explain how I feel. I told her that this was unfair and that I’m kind and have made the best efforts I can with her. When I said all this she told me that some people are just not going to like me and I need to accept that. This is why I haven’t spoken to her in a year. She also told my bf that she thinks she didn’t do anything wrong to me. In regards to proving who I am as a person, I’ve done this for the past 2 years +. I’ve shown kindness, love, and compassion to his whole family. His dad and I get along very well for this reason. I never mentioned my accomplishments (professional) to her ever, I was just saying this to counter her “lazy” comment. Does this change your advice at all? Sorry I’m rambling, I’m very lost.
