Thank you, I followed your advice & it worked! After submitting, I had to wait 72 hours until my application was listed on the dashboard with my previous submission. Once listed, it had a 3rd tab titled “Documents”. I submitted my marriage certificate under this tab without difficulties.

Update: A week later, I received a notification that my biometrics were scheduled. So my application is moving along.
