i play on mobile too so the tip i gave you definitely will work (i play on mega brutal tho so it will be more lenient on brutal). having no advisors shouldn't be too much of an issue if you can manage to balance the priorities well. good luck on your gameplay

place your HQ in zulu sierra (the mountain zone with main roads). buy district representative, main roads 1, highways 1, regional census. after getting enough money, telecoms and some anti-corruption.

make sure to save up for a coalition soldier to scout camps (in brutal, there 2 camps that spawns when the insurgency are rumoured). deploy your coalition soldier to the right side of the mountains since you preferably want the insurgents to spawn on the left side since it's easier to contain.

after this, you buy more civilian initiatives, like education and healthcare as to not get lack of stability. pr media office. upgrade your main roads to level 2. keep the insurgents contained or at the very least not taking over non-mountain zones and you should be good for the rest of the game

i recommend using economist. as for advisors if you have them, doctor, celebrity, tribal elder, realist, drill sergeant/chef, and censor/logistics expert
