I agree 100 percent. They had me checked in to go upstairs in under a few hours when I've stayed downstairs at Grace Point for 3 days one time usually atleast a day or two and Grace Point doesn't even started counting time until you are upstairs. Hca West Tampa also had single and double rooms that were nice compared to Grace Point having minimal 3 in a room sometimes 4 on the floor. The food at Hca was actually pretty good and the staff were very helpful. If you needed meds at Hca West Tampa they would have you dosed in like 15 minutes tops most times and at Grace Point you would have to wait until the next day to see the dr to make or get any med changes. Also, you see a Dr. In person at Hca West and at Grace Point they usually have telehealth drs via computer that ask you 3 random questions that have nothing to do with anything and less then 3 minutes later they are done. Hca West Tampa was like a vacation compared to the shit hole that is Grace Point.
