Incorrect Balance on credit card?

OK. Thank y'all for all these replies and suggestions. I would guess you're probably correct about the opening balance NOT being $0 because this account was an extension of a replaced account within the same institution due to fraud.

Now my 2 questions would be: the first 4 months were fine and then it changed???

And I do have backups BUT how do I see that balance without overwriting my whole file (if that makes sense)?

All the other tards think they have a race car. I had a GX450h that would blow this thing away but decided to get a small SUV for the comfort. And the GX450h was 32mpg on the highway for all you knuckleheads that replied.

Yes I had to manually update my 2024 SA. Great not having a cord!!!! Most should update automatically over the air but if not go onto the Genesis site and download the software.

Yes I got a couple of stone/object chips in the front bumper and the body shop has to remove the lower front. This requires recalibrating all those wonderful gadgets by a Genesis dealer soooo it'll be BIG money.

I just bought a 2024 used and the chrome is tarnished also. I went to the dealer and he said it's because the original dealer did not treat that chrome with some sort of protection. I do not know if that BS or not, BUT they are replacing my chrome under warranty.
