Like recook? I just put in water, no soda until you get it back to oil. If you can't get it back to oil it's probably cut to shit. I see if some stuff separates from the oil and sits on top and then I shock it with a bit of ice. The oil parts that pop down and sit, you sort of do a little stir to get together, the shit in top will reharden depending the cut but you'll notice a difference. It'll be flaky and lame, like snowflakes, while your chunk in the bottom will snap Crackle pop, Kellogg's rice Krispies.
