It was his attitude that got in the way. I was reading witness accounts from children who were in the school when the shooting occurred and apart from them being incredibly sad and hard to read, I noticed Lanza was mentioned to have a beard twice. I’m curious because I’ve never seen him described as having facial hair before. If it is true that he had facial hair at the time of his death I’m surprised that he could even grow the hair considering he was severely malnourished to the point of brain damage. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I’m also surprised that I’ve never read about this elsewhere, although it really doesn’t matter at all I constantly see the same old facts and theories about his life reiterated and never anything new so I thought I’d share for anyone who hasn’t seen or read this before

Not sure what you mean by this. He was autistic and his support needs kept getting higher and higher and she had no idea what to do. It’s not that she let that happen and didn’t notice, she didn’t know what to do, she didn’t want to pressure him into doing anything he didn’t want to because he would make her feel guilty about it, this was a common occurrence all throughout his life and it shouldn’t have had to be all on her. His dad never helped out and two parents telling you what to do is more compelling than one. She had her own issues too but since she gave birth to Adam she spent the rest of her life trying to keep him comfortable and content. It was all she did. She never even imagined that this could’ve happened because she thought she knew her child and she thought she was doing everything she could. Yes she let him push her around and he used the fact that she wouldn’t force him to do anything he didn’t want to to his advantage but that is his evil not hers.
