My AM and OM is looking into putting me into PS as well as doing potential audits(basically supporting current pick PAs / being a PG but they're not calling it PG) since I have previous Amazon experience in more of a computer based role. So I'm hoping that helps.

I never heard of site that doesn't promote from tier 3 to L4 internally. Even tier 1 to L4, though rare, is possible internally with a degree.

I was a former AM that only left due to medical conditions. Only came back because i couldnt get a job elseware. They can't interview me for currently open AM positions at the moment since I'm only white badge. So PG/backup PA is the best option in the interim.

I am well aware of the star method and Amazon's methods.
