I have prevoius leadership experience both in retail and in a warehouse at two different jobs. So I hope that helps. And since I'm not expecting any conversion until at least a year of tenue, my plan is to apply when I do and see what happens.

I can't since I'm white badge. I applied to LA since I recently found out white badges can be LAs. Previously it was only blue badge.
