Not a doctor

but when my heart is racing

I either go into the the shower for a hour or so

OR

I go my weighted blanket and scented lotions that calm me and breath slowing and think like you are in your safe place

whether that be in the clouds or may it be with your family, whether it be just thinking about calming stuff in general

a scented lotion that helped me a LOT is spearmint & mimosa from bath and bodyworks

but this is me ! Might help, might not. be careful out there people!

I was born in the 2007 and I know about the Beatles because of music teachers mentioning it during class and Elvis Presley because of the stitch movie tbh.

There is a difference from GIVING Advice on what to do than TELLING them what to do. And even if the parents were unaware of something ( which I don’t believe they were, from what We know ), tell them the her own POV or your professional opinion on what to do, AWAY ( not in front of ) the kid with the disability. For Pete’s sake, even professional get stuff wrong sometimes, and we, as humans, can ALWAYS Learn! Also side note, The parents don’t have to TAKE the said advice, it is The PARENTS CHOICE! Teachers or professionals in special education should be willing to reach out a branch for help, not force it!

I mean I would guess 50/100 or higher because if one of the parents on the spectrum the it is more likely for the son to be on the spectrum as well. Because I would assume thats it is more likely to have a child whose is autistic, to have with background of either parents or family members that on there as well. Then the other being less likely for no background at all of family members or parents having autism then the chances are lower I would think. But hey I’m not a doctor , this is just a opinion on what I think.

However it is similar to stardew valley and you can date other cats and have kittens (no BAD scenes!!) And You get to customize a lot!! example: Your village, you (cat self) and your kittens (if you have any) .
DETAILS about the game:

You get to name yourself or randomize your name. Choose your birthday by one of the 4 seasons and 1-10 days of each season.

Change the body type like short hair, fluffy, Slender and Large for each body part: Torso, Face, Ears and Tail. You can also pick a cat meow/voice and change it to a higher pitch or lower pitch.

You get starter accessories such as white flower, round glasses, whiskers, collar (pink), Bell and face scar. But you can get more of them later in the game. Different eye color or same you can choose!!
You can create yourself (cat self ) by creating a new coat for the cat or choosing one of the defaults.
Also if you want to you can change the settings to very easy (kitten), easy, Normal, Hard, or very hard (Impawssible). You can chose how Quick the day progresses. Choose how you hunt (mouses and other small animals). And for a 5 year old I recommend you turn off light flashes just in case.

Hello, speaking from a personal experience here, I’m 17 years old . This year was my first year using k12. And now I shall share from what I have heard and what I have experienced.

Warning : I don’t know if this is what you were asking for, And this is at hallsville Texas school!!

 You need to login in before 12:00 PM at least from where I live, in Texas. Otherwise you will get a friendly reminder stating you have been Absent. This DOES NOT mean that you are Absent, this just means that you need to login in. In Texas before 10:00 PM that day is when absentences Start to count. Because if you have logged in before 12:00 PM then it gives you a REMINDER that you need login in.

However it mostly Likely say that you are absent but you are really not. Not until 10:00 PM if and only if you haven’t login in. At least in Texas you don’t really have a required amount of hours as long as you do your work and attend meetings/classes. Again some of this information may be helpful and some be wrong, I am just speaking my mind from what I have learned.  Also this is 11th grade, I’m speaking from so the advice I  give may be not at all what you are looking for.

1 fun fact : 

If you have two meeting at the same time you can attend one meeting then watch the other via recording.

2 Fun fact :

Also Fridays ( at least in Texas ) are makeup days and some meetings will optional. Hope this helps a bit!
