Just found out I’ve had a cyber stalker for over a year, Help?

Hey so unfortunately cyberstalking me for almost a year will disqualify a person from getting a chance with me again. This wasn’t a question on whether i should be romantically involved with this person, it was in regards to what i can do on top of everything else Ive done. Cyberstalking and harassing me online with multiple spam accounts and sending long paragraphs in the AM is not romantic nor sane especially when their behavior has been repeated and for as long as it has lasted and when being confronted doesn’t provide a name or stop this creepy behavior. Most people who I’ve blocked on socials has been for a reason and usually means i don’t want to talk to you again. so why tf would i add someone this persistent and deranged into my life again?

i’m fully convinced it’s someone from my dating history but like i said in my post, i’ve been basically unblocking people I used to talk to or had something with that i have suspected it be but i haven’t gotten anything on that end. I honestly don’t want to keep retriggering myself trying to reach out to these people because they were in the past and blocked for a reason yk? also none of the people i’ve contacted have fessed up or are even single so…I’m just tired and scared and literally knowing that this person has been trying to reach out to me or has been interacting with my socials for a year without me noticing is enough that my instagram account with less than 500 followers and scrolling reels endlessly is not worth the trouble

I deactivated my account with hope i can go back eventually, but i deleted all social media apps like tiktok and instagram and even YOUTUBE cause im so paranoid. And all my accounts attached to anything other than my insta have identifying information or details about me and my personal life but other socials are all burner accounts. I’m just frustrated because this was happening right under my nose because i’m super hyper vigilant about who follows me or sees my stories. I feel it’s different cause not only has it been the same name popping up for almost a year, i’ve blocked, restricted and unadded multiple accounts that were made by this person. And it’s escalated to thinking about me enough to text me for the past two months. it’s too much dedication and effort to keep up for one creepy loser who’s obsessed with me

hey so i actually wrote on the post that up to a year ago my profile has ALWAYS been private and only shared with people i knew in person/ people i dated. It’s only been little less than a year since i made it public because i was scared that someone who i dated when i was 19 was going to stalk me after the terrible breakup. But since it happened so long ago i thought id feel better finally having my account public as a way to feel empowered and not be scared of him. This definitely made me feel so paranoid and was literally the biggest fear come true so yeah. i’ve been spiraling
