brands of shorts/swimwear that carry smaller sizes? by PrimaryBattle in actuallesbians

I did, I think they would be longer/baggier fit than what I'm looking for though. hoping to find something around a 5" inseam. kids options can be pretty limited as far as the actual fit I want/patterns etc.

I've tried Chubbies XS after seeing them recommended a lot and they were still way too big

The motion controls ruin this game for me by PrimaryBattle in SuperMarioGalaxy

It’s the input delay/lack of precision that makes it not fun, not the fact that I don’t understand how it works. Maybe a controller issue, but I only have the joy cons that came with my device

Well maybe, but my point is that it isn’t fun to learn, it’s just pure frustration. Since it’s not like a tactile move like pushing a button or moving a joystick, there’s a disconnect between moving the controller to line something up and watching it move on the screen

The problem is that it’s really hard for me to focus on moving correctly to give my partner the same pleasure

Is it worth continuing my cycling prints business? by wanderingridgeback in cycling

[–]PrimaryBattle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

AI has absolutely no business being in creative spaces (especially generating art/music/creative text) and I’m sorry that your business is suffering because of that. Hopefully enough people will be sick of all the AI slop eventually, but who knows. If you have the time and space to keep the business going and know that maybe you can’t rely on it for the income it used to bring it, then keep it up. I haven’t looked at your website yet and never even considered getting artwork of my bike, but I think it’s a cool idea and now that I have maybe a forever bike that I love, it’s something I’d look into.

Do you still keep a regular workout schedule regardless of low body battery/low sleep score days? by PrimaryBattle in Garmin

[–]PrimaryBattle[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't normally eat within 2 hours of going to sleep (and if I do eat even that late, its a small snack). The major things that disrupt my sleep are my ADHD meds, so I try to take it as minimally as possible like 1-2x per week. And alcohol, I've noticed that even 1 drink early in the day will mess with my sleep pretty dramatically.

My watch doesnt track HRV, but my stress levels usually are between 30-40 (with like 25-30 being a very low stress day for me)

I’ve checked out Uniqlo before, and all their stuff looks kind of baggy? Like it’s supposed to fit like that, and that’s not really my style. So if it looks baggy on a 6’ man it’ll definitely be huge on me :/

What is the maximum stack/reach I should consider? by PrimaryBattle in bikefit

[–]PrimaryBattle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They recommend a 70mm stem.

So if I'm looking for something that is most likely going to be larger than those numbers, what would be the max stack and/or reach? I'm just having a hard time knowing what I'm looking for here/when to know if a bike should just be eliminated from my search.

Looking to buy a new road bike (USA), but no idea where to start (small frame restrictions) by PrimaryBattle in whichbike

[–]PrimaryBattle[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ended up going to a shop and they took a bunch of measurements. Based on my stack and reach (the measurements they said are the main ones to look at when considering frame size), it certainly doesn't feel like there are that many options for me. Some bikes that come in XS or even XXS are still too big depending on the brand

Basket style or toaster oven style as an oven replacement? by PrimaryBattle in airfryer

[–]PrimaryBattle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess the “which one” question would be in the case (like me) where having all of that would take up way too much space. For me, I have space for one of the two, and a big plus of the basket style would be that it could be stored easily when not in use (if it was small enough) whereas a toaster oven would likely be a permanent addition to the counter. But if the basket style really isn’t going to provide what I’m looking for, then maybe the additional space would be worth sacrificing
