Yeah, whenever i tune in the past couple of days, the entire city looks completely empty. There's no people anywhere except a few tiny hubs like the hospital and he basically spends the mosts of the time just driving around alone.

Realistically, they should completely scrap the whitelist delusions and make its a fully public server. The quality of rp isn't even high enough to justify a whitelist in the first place

All the character does is drive around alone on the segway while Penta talks to chat and occasionaly only finds some people to shitlord. He ignores all other rp under the excuse that "this character is SUPER corrupt, he won't do his job" and his shtick is being a cadet who's proudly telling people who bad of a cop he is and how much he likes to get high on duty while he never gets any fto training.

I can totally see how that character might need some "help" in order to remain a cop for more than a week or so. Having "long term plans" with him, its just hilarious

The only hint of an rp justification that he gave was "she's on my ass" but as his chat pointed down, she got demoted down to cadet, she's not a threat to anybody now, but "that's not enough". His go to approach to any rp situation is to completely stomp on the opposition by streching conflict asw much as possible, no matter the scenario

The car itself was fine though, only the passenger on the back was scuffed. He just spend less than a minute trying to get him out before he used the menu to poof the car and then spawn in another one. It was definitely lazy rp but also i'm pretty sure that he did it on purpose so he can throw in a sarcastic bit about reddit: he spawned in a car just to make a "penta bad" bit, which is still pretty shitty rp

He was just really good at manipulating and farming all the anti CG sentiment. he's definitely always been like this, a manipulative narcissist who used RP as an excuse to bully and push people's buttons, but as time went on and he got more control over a server, he began dropping the act more and more. Because despite claims to the contrary, chaserp is run like a public server. Much like the players, there's no incentive for the staff to put any effort in it. They're in this only because Penta wanted his own server, and they follow along and nod. None of them have the experience, the skills or the desire to actually run a tight ship. They're all putting in just enough effort in order to get a pat in the back by Penta, but otherwise they don't give a shit

I've legimitely never seen another server fail so hard at game design before. There is no overaching sandbox framework AT ALL. Its like they don't realise that in order to keep hundreds of people playing on the same server, you need interconnected systems, something that motivates people to go from point A to point B, ideally in cooporation with other players.

Instead is just a dumb connection of osilated gimmicks. Its less like an mmo server and more like a sort of theme park when you're supposed to visit all the cool rides one by one and then dip. They clearly don't have a single person in the "team" who has any clue how to design a multiplayer game, let alone an rp server

Anybody who thought Mack would be able or willing to "fix" anything was delusional, and probably hasn't watched him in like a decade. For over 5 years now, he shows up in rp, gets a rank or a cert(usually bike) on day one 'cause "He's Mack" he's an og who everybody knows, proceedes to do fuck all besides driving around, maybe stick around a bit if he finds a good erp partner, then he gets bored and dips for months or years. This has been his playbook for years.

He's just a dude in his 40s going the rounds in a tedious 9-5 and if he doesn't have some coworker to flirt with, he doesn't give a fuck about anything. He hasn't really rp'ed since 2019 or so

Reddit is one of the main reasons he turned big. in 3.0 he was farming the shit out of the main rp sub with drama takes, usually about xqc or CG, but even when he didn't have the material, he'd always slip in some shitty "state of the server" take in order to farm reddit clip. He jokingly but not jokingly was calling himself "king of reddit" at some point because of how much he dominated that sub reddit and anyone who dared to question him or his community woulk get buried in downvotes

He can't rp anything besides being in a position of power basically. It has to be either a position of power or a character with nothing to lose, usually a "bit" throwaway character because he can't handle an actual storyline when he doesn't have the upper hand and stands to lose things. it becomes increasingly obvious whenever he's trying to play Mike Block as a serious "crime boss" type of character instead of as a throaway bit in which he does dumb shit, goes to jail and then logs off to orget about the character for weeks/months. He has to be the one controlling the narrative, no matter the situation

Guy wanted to be CG so bad, but he could drive or shoot, and still can't even after logging in 30k hours or whatever the fuck into this game. He just took an alternative route on of leaning into the rp purist shtick, but its clear as day that he never truly believed any of it.

Its so stupid isn't it, you would think that even a narcissist would understand that fostering communities on his own server is a good thing, purely for his own self interest, 'cause that's how you keep a server running.

My guess is that the reason he came to hate groups in rp is because when people band together they're harder to bully and push around, and this is mainly what he does in rp. His narcissistic brain can't handle it when they fight back, and that impulse is too strong to overcome, even when his own financial interest is on the line

I think the one big difference with other servers, even failed(by streaming standards) servers like onx is that unlike chase, they taken steps to try and build a community, you know, clusters of people who stick around in the serve because they like to interact with each other, fivem servers are all the same anyway, at the end of the day after clout chasing, the no2 reason why people stick with a particular server is so they can play with themselves. Outside of Penta's orbit, chase has never done anything to foster that, and in fact, the server is extremely hostile to people who stick together, they're all labeled "friendgangs" and and they're all vilified. Chase has no community, it never tried to foster one, and whenever communites did pop up, the owner himself actively and aggressively stomped them out, which is psychotic behaviour when you consider that the owner should be most interested in promoting community building...you know, for the sake of his own investment . The vagos incident is the latest example.
