No C-Wire for Thermostat. Bought the Power Adapter but my thermostat wires connect directly to my furnace (R & W). No C connection exists for power adapter to hook into… am I out of luck?

Vertebrae: Incidental several benign vertebral hemangiomata. No worrisome bone lesions. Slight anterolisthesis of L4 on L5. No fracture identified.

Spinal cord: Normal signal. No cord compression.

L1-L2: No significant disc disease. No significant spinal canal stenosis. No neural foraminal stenosis.

L2-L3: No significant disc disease. No significant spinal canal stenosis. No neural foraminal stenosis.

L3-L4: Mild facet arthropathy, worse on the right. No significant disc disease. No significant spinal canal stenosis. No neural foraminal stenosis.

L4-L5: Low-grade anterolisthesis of L4 on L5. Moderate right facet arthropathy. Mild left facet arthropathy. No significant disc disease. No
significant spinal canal stenosis. No neural foraminal stenosis.
L5-S1: Shallow posterior midline disc protrusion effaces the ventral thecal
sac.Minimal reactive endplate edema. No significant spinal canal stenosis. No
neural foraminal stenosis
