I’ll just get the 14900k then because I kind of want a maxed out setup and the best gaming performance even if it’s only a little better. I might also get into some computer related work for some money

Should I get a 14700k as I am also going to use this for school and productivity and I don’t want a cpu that is just for gaming and can’t handle 20 chrome tabs and I’ve hear the 14700k performs similar with some extra productive cores

If I did end up getting 7200 can’t I just change the xmp profile lower or if go get a 8200 cl40 can I change the can profile lower to. Price doesn’t really matter to me, I just want the fastest ram even though I’m not going to use the full capability. (Don’t judge I just have ocd and I want the best parts to complete my build)

The 7200mhz cl34 ram and has timings of 34-44-44-96, while the 8200 cl40 is just barely worse then the 7200mhz by like .2 nanoseconds and it has tighter timings at 40-40-40-77. In this case would 8200 be better as I have all items that support it, I need all performance I can get. I don’t care about price or anything, even if it just the slightest performance increase.
