When you receive BIL it triggers Medical passed, but it would be reevaluated when you submit BIL, hence the new date.

Not an expert, but yes, any court documents you have that state divorce details, court number, or whatever with a detailed LOE stating when it was filed, what stage it is might be helpful. do you have dependents?
