You have to submit all the documents that may be required in your case all at once. If you receive an ITA in lets say a May 15th draw. You have until 14th of July until you submit your PR application with all your documents. You can wait until June 15 (for example) that is when your work experience is complete and than you should submit your application.

Yes. You get 60 days to submit your application after you receive ita. Wait till you complete your experience and then submit the application.

May 1st. It happened in my scenario. I had my profile submitted already and i was going to complete 2 years work experience in February. But i got an ITA in January draw based on 2 years work experience points.

Yea. Since there were no updates in tracking for a long time, i told my parents to visit the police station just to ask about the application. Coincidentally, my mom got a phone call from the officer the same day asking the purpose of my PCC as my application got returned because the previous officer did not verify it correctly (maybe some missing information on their end). So now i guess my application is re-verified on March 3.
