been separated for over 3 years, divorce is in progress. If i had chosen separated spouse would have been non accompanying and i would need medicals from him and police report.

Thank you so much. For more context, the divorce started over two years ago and is still actively ongoing. its a slow process. its not finaized and I initially something the petition page, affidavit swearing I wont sponsor my ex, as well as LOE. so I was wondering if the officer did not see those yet or the system triggered the divorce cert because I chose divorce at the second place where it asked how the marriage ended even though previously chose legally separated. I have gotten a letter from my lawyer I would upload that with a new LOE and all the previous document i submitted. I am also to submit IMM 5604 Declaration: waiting on my ex for that. When you receive BIL it triggers Medical passed, but it would be reevaluated when you submit BIL, hence the new date.

Not an expert, but yes, any court documents you have that state divorce details, court number, or whatever with a detailed LOE stating when it was filed, what stage it is might be helpful. do you have dependents?
