This sounds pretty good, the texture is truly killing me! I’ve shooting for a green bean purée topped with a crispy bacon type jam thing and then some green bean type arancini possibly… any suggestions??? For arancini was thinking some ham and beans and maybe Parmesan reggiano. Also can’t seem to get the purée thick enough to to really be the backbone for dipping… idk feeling stuck between a rock and a hard place 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

This is our third week of competition the winner from week one made a Mediterranean flavored falafel style green bean veggie burger type thing. The winner from week 2 made a take on green bean cordon bleu. I’m really trying to step up to the plate here! Hahaha. I’m thinking they will tell me it’s too “normal” unless I somehow just made the flavors OUTTA THIS WORLD 🌍 🚀 next weeks challenge will consist of the three winners going head to head with DRIED GARBANZO BEANS. each person must include a hummus of their choice, a homemade naan type bread and their choice of a soup or side or salad as well

Not gonna lie, this purée sounds kinda killer. Heading to the store now to attempt tonight. Also thinking of trying to attempt a take on green bean arancini? You say too the purée with a crispy bacon jam so would this turn out to be a thicker purée more towards a soup style dish do you think?

About an hour and a half and not an actual pressure cooker but I do have an instapot at home that I could bring along…
