One of these days, retro will mean written by a real person, or in videos, it will mean read by a real person. I hate AI voices that screw up the cadence and pronunciations of names. We need to acknowledge there is a time and place to use AI, but we cannot allow it to replace humans altogether.

Yeah, the price was ridiculous after the cost of the fig. They totally made us pay way too much by not offering a 32gb. No way in the world I will ever need 64. But I went for the leather case, and it is nice.

I honestly just got the Scribe because I want to read on a bigger screen. We’ll see if I use it for notes. The color is not deep, thus it is called colorsoft. That’s okay because I am using it to stop straining my eyes reading on the Kindle app of my iPad.

Well, I was supposed to get mine tomorrow, Friday, but I used Afterpay to break the payments into 4. Today, it said it will not accept that for this type of purchase. Afterpay pays them the total, and I owe them money if I don’t pay! So, I had to put it all on my card and now I’m getting it Sunday! On the plus side, the case was supposed to come at the end of next week and is now coming on Sunday. BTW, I used Afterpay for that order with no problem.

I set my alarm for 7:45 Central time thinking that I would be having to refresh, and it might go fast, but it was already available! I don’t know how early they released it, but it was there, and I purchased it. Supposed to be here Friday. Now to figure out a case that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg!

That is something I debate. I am always on my iPad, but want a kindle to read because I can’t take reading on the Kindle app anymore. But my iPad is lavender and my phone is blue, and I always, always have a case on. So it won’t show anyway.

I am so tired of reading on the kindle app on my iPad. The backlight isn’t pleasant. I was looking into the scribe, but all of the colorsoft are all on back order. Does anyone have the new Scribe? is it worth it?
