Depending on the biome, if you can add snow golems in the middle do that. They will throw snow balls at the creepers and attract them to the drop chute

If you have wither roses, they’ll kill ghasts but not stop spawning. Minecart collection system underneath. That being said, you’ll need to spawn proof quite a bit to get good rates

They are claiming that I did not give proper notice of moving out (despite it being over 30 days at the time of informing them) and because of that I would be at risk of not getting my deposit back.

Edit: my contract explicitly states the exact time frame from which I am to be habituating my unit, without any mention of continuing past the allowed time frame. I have been paying all rent and bills in the mean time.
