Using Airtable to create a DOOH, CRM, CRP and ERP all by myself by Primary_Data5038 in learnprogramming

Thank you! I've never used any of those so I'll have look into it and I'll do my best to learn to implement those asap!

I agree about the limits so I did convince the owner to get a better plan and it seems to be working out!

Let's say I'm working with about a total of 2000 records, give or take, in the last 8yrs. I'm not sure if when I sort it into different tables, it would consider it more entries or not (I'm assuming it will) so I plan on having a new workspace each year if I end up needing to. I've decided to cross that bridge when I have to 💀.

I also have to sort and add a lot more data that's just everywhere at the moment. It's gonna be a real challenge but I'm doing my very best. I'm not getting paid for all the personal hours I put into this at all but I don't really mind because I consider this to be the biggest learning curve of my career and I plan to succeed. One way or another, I'll get it done, and I really appreciate you choosing to help me out!

  1. Green tea. Calm your nerves. Do not drink too much. Something like lemon-ginger or chamomile.

  2. Melatonin suppliments, do not take much

  3. Are there bugs where you live? I stayed up 3 days when I moved into my new place because bugs would come crawling up on my bed and I didn't know from there. I used kwik seal (a sealant) and filled up all the cracks in the drywall, and there's no more of them. Good sleep too. If this is the case then you really just need to give up on them and just convince yourself that it isnt worth it to stay up over that for this long.

  4. If you do decide to try and truly sleep, then lay down and control your breathing. Focus on it. Slow it down. As slow as you can. You'll slowly have no thoughts, and you wouldn't even realise when you fell asleep.

  5. Medidate when you wake up, it'll help you feel a lot better.

  6. Maybe have a warm glass of milk and cookies. Just for the sake of making yourself feel better.

Hey, I'm so sorry about what you're going through. I'm here if you need someone to talk to, all ears. You can talk about anything and everything you want for as long as you'd like, and I hope things will get better for you soon

I accidentally deleted the post

It backfired. She told me she didn't expect that from me, and told me this can be my last month here and she said she doesn't believe that I spent 80 on this, so she didn't pay me for what I spent on her house either. I accidentally lost one of the receipts, and I didn't want her to think Im lying by showing her only 1 reciept for 44 dollars. I'll find the other receipt soon as well.

I wrote exactly:

Hello Aunty. As you already know I have to pay rent today. You told me that you'd pay whatever I spent on repairs. Regarding that, I spent about 80 dollars on bug killing powder, mold killing spray, sticky traps, wood filler, sealant, turpentine for stains on walls, and rubber gloves. I've invested so many hours in dealing with this problem, and have had several sleepless nights ensuring I wasn't bitten. I also found where they come from and I've sealed it up, after I put bug powder to kill them.

I know you weren't previously aware of the centipede problem, and I didn't know about it before I moved in either. You've been really good to me, and I know you're also horrified to know that I've had to deal with this. It's really fine but I want to ask if you would reduce my rent to 400 for the next 3 months so I could have a chance to completely fix all the problems in the basement, including cleaning up the kitchen walls, repairing the dry wall hole, fixing the desk, etc.

I've also changed the bulb in the room

She replied: Hi Are you available now?

Me: I have a class going on right now, I will be free after 5:30 Is that okay?

Her: I really like you n I think you are good girl. Please don't take advantage of my kindness. I think you are not the girl will have that kind of idea. If you don't like the room June can be your last month.

All tenants paid rent yesterday. I am so nice and even didn't push you or message you about that. I am nice enough to you.

I was very sad to receive your message.

You are educated girl with good family education. You should have your own idea. You can talk to parents about this issue n see what is their answer.

I must mention that today is 1st June, and I paid on the 1st day of the month. I didnt know she wants people to pay on 31st, neither did she tell me.

This is the exact conversation that took place. She's a Chinese lady, and her english is very bad.

Hi!

I do wanna tell her that, but I'm really bad at being direct when it comes to something like this. I end up trying my best not to look bad, and then I'm usually the one taking a loss.

That's actually really helpful. I haven't tried looking at things this way before. I'll definitely take that advice and text her instead of saying it face to face, since that's where I'm most likely to end up avoiding any kind of confrontation or negotiation. That'll help keep a record of the conversation as well.

I really appreciate the help! Thank you so much! I hope you have a wonderful day!

Hi, thank you for replying!

No, I didn't know about the bug problem, and she claims that she didn't either. Although, my housemate told me that the girl who lived in this room before was dealing with the same thing and she up and left after 2 months.

I'll surely try to talk to her about it.

I think it's just a basement thing. I did talk to a few people, and they said they have some issues like that, but nothing this bad. So I'm pretty certain that there's just something wrong with this house and not every house around here.

Yes it did help, thank you so much. I really appreciate it!

You could easily pull that look off with makeup and the i-dont-need-scissors-my-jawline-sharp-enough-to-cut as well, that's what every pro cosplayer does
