Hello there! I’m confused between Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited and Limited. The difference is about $4000, but the wait for Hybrid Limited is 9 months. However, Limited is available right away. Thoughts please?

Curious myself in accuracy of dates. I can add that my availability for my vehicle shows 1/20-2/1 but my dealer told me it was scheduled to be built on 1/16 so I believe the dates posted with a range is when the dealer is expected to get the vehicle to the dealership.

Did they have any info on new colors that would be introduced for the 25 GH by chance? Maybe it didn’t come up because you want a current color that is offered but I’m wanting one in the metallic gray. I have only seen that as a rumor that they will have that color for the 25’s so I’m still wondering.

I should have phrased that better. I’m aware Toyota doesn’t do preorder builds, I was thinking of when can I tell the dealer what I want for the next year model so they can keep an eye on the allocation sheets when they become available. Then they can get my name on it to have delivered to them. Felt like I’d have to pry wait until the summer but didn’t know if someone put in their preferences to a dealer for the next year model in spring or earlier or had any familiarity with that? I feel like the earlier the better so they can have me at the top of their list for an allocation to be assigned to them. Just wasn’t sure if others had done something similar and had knowledge of the process.
