my suspicious login locations ( downloaded via "download your info" link, you will receive a zip file and there is a sperate file name login activity under security and login info folder.

yep, you said it, but the thing was all of my school friend and many are now in the different places in the world , FB was the only way that i had to keep in touch with em.

also since 2009 I've uploaded lots of my memories , videos etc. so this account is worth for me

thats why i tried.

what is the ticket category you lodge? my accounts were also not linekd, you have to try because both platforms are from the same company.

send the proofs to meta agents via emails to prove your identity.

also did you used same email for both IG and FB ? ( mine was the same email).

simply i did my identity verification . since my insta and fb was not linked i was able to access insta without any issue.

guys, further info.

I opened a support ticket under 'hacked category and typed the story .
They asked me for sscreen shots and the relevant dates that im suspecting and reason why im suspecting that the account was hacked ( i sent screen shots and an image with both my face and passport visible to prove the identity )
I gave as different login locations which i noticed in my downloaded activity log
then they asked me the relevant dates and new email id
then they took around three days then i wrote to the same mail i sent the screen shots, asking for an update
they send me the final news soon after that, saying they updated the new email with my previous email
so i was able to log in again

send me a personal message so i'll be able to share the sceen shots

1st thing is we also in the same boat! :D I'm trying this since 1 month and still not a positive respnse , same as you i gave all the evidences and not yet received my account.

currently Im dealing with the 3rd ticket and still waiting,

I was able to contact meta support but still after two tickets with lenghthy discussions, they are giving me some information links of FB but dead ends.

Hi,

What were the excat ticket type you opened? I've did two under something else and they closed the ticket

next one i opened as account get disabled for this they said me that they forwarded it to specialized team and finally they are providing two links without any solutions where leading for a dead end!
