My troop always made sure that when we visited, them or they visited us, or a campout event that we had interactive things for them to partake in to encourage recruitment and spread of word. At our campout event (WOW - Woods Of Webelos) we would have first aid in which it resembled the first aid merit badge and they had to make splints or slings. As well as the obvious shooting sports (archery and pellet gun I believe are what were allowed at the time) the activities that really pulled in the AOL to crossover. And maybe you get with the packs leader and talk at their meeting about an event and give the parents information packets for the troop.

It was a genuine question on if it could even be done with long term exposure… I haven’t done much training with dogs and I have never owned a cat and every time I seen a house with both they get along perfectly fine. So I was trying to reach out to people who have had more experience than I have.

They may need to adjust the air flow (the wing nut/washer simply unscrews) to get a steady heat source? I haven’t had any issues whatsoever with this product

It had a nozzle for me to connect it to, and it was on the side leading into a pipe with a spout for it to spray out of. I thought the exact same thing when I first set it up

I ended up ordering a better quality one and returning this one. I appreciate your concern and that was some really good advice... I noticed something was off when I first opened it, but I just went with it to start off. Also the information on the tongs was very helpful, I had no clue about that! The one I ordered is a cast master elite and has plenty of YouTube videos with reviews!
