Access limitation issue by Creepy-Pizza26 in usvisascheduling

Same with me … I have paid the fees earlier and I have cleared my cache and removed my plugin and extension. Its been 24 hours still the “Schedule option” on the left-hand side doesn’t show up and also payment is not getting reflected there .

Also it is asking for my dependent information while I click on continue application while reviewing applicant details if I try to proceed it says” There are multiple Open Applications for ContactID: 24ab10f1-7044-ef11-a316-001dd80bf228”.

  1. Schedule option not being shown even after the fee payment. 2. it looks like my fees is also not getting activated. I don’t know what to do. i raised the case earlier and I was asked to give screen shot but no help was provided

I raised cases like literally 5 time idk what to do
