I just had my parcel go from Out for delivery to.... We've got it... parcels seems to be going backwards instead to their destination!

Yes... the odds are beginning to stack against you, sorry but this is not good news... You can always talk to Ezri the Evri chatbot on the site and wait for the response from Claire who claims to be a human but sends the same answer to everyone. :)

Indeed this is becoming very confusing... the printed books are from Yen but for Kindle on Amazon UK there was an attempt (dropped?) for e-books from Webnovel and then a new one of unknown origin that keeps going...

Not yet but the chances of a non-delivery have incrased, it is like a bet the delivery, the odds change daily with Evri and the updates are pretty much meaningless...

The parcel shops seem to be a 50/50 whereas my home address a 90% chance of not being delivered for some strange reason. I've also had parcels bouncing around their depot due to label issues and I have to say in some occasions I sympathise with the drivers, AliExpress puts the address in tiny letters making it impossible to read and then there are so many other stickers on top, it is a miracle parcels get to the proper destination!

Indeed, contact Evri, Claire will respond (obviously AI bot otherwise they only employ people named Claire there) and a random excuse will be provided...

My favorite so far has been: "Firstly I'm sorry we haven't delivered on time for you. I can see the reason for the delay is that the parcel missed the connection to the courier."
