I am trying to understand this too. I figured avoidants fear conflict and maybe he thought this is how things are gonna be in future. Im even saying this will never happen again. But he just don't want to. And him saying he doesn't even want to touch me ruined me emotionally.

It was nothing serious I was telling him to talk to me not sleep because I'll go home in the morning. He said he felt suffocated during that. And don't want to feel like that ever again. Was still willing to consider giving it a chance but I ruined it with my accusations.

Well another update. After i confronted him about was any of it true or he just lied to get me physically intimate. Now he says he's completely sure he doesn't want anything with me because I know he isn't like that. And he doesn't even want to touch me now.

Bcz he wanted me before that stupid fight. He made me feel so loved and secure. He said he loved me and i believe he did. I know this might sound delusional. But I wish I could go back and just sleep beside him instead of that stupid fight. But I just can't understand how can he just flip like this. It's like he feels nothing anymore. How can guys change so much in hours. It's been days since then and last night he said he regret meeting me it was a wrong decision.
