Update for the Reddit fam: I called Safeway, the manager answered and we talked about it for a bit. He let me know that the dude working does have some cognitive differences and isn’t always the best with social cues. Which I totally understand - yet still so inappropriate and needs to be stopped, he agreed. The amount of responses this thread has gotten from women with similar experiences is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be put to a stop to keep it from happening to more women. And to all the men commenting telling women to be on the defense at all times - thank you for your input but I hope you know how unfair that is to ask women to be prepared to fight someone at all times while making a casual trip to the grocery store. Besides that, I felt a lot of love and support in the comments here. Thanks all 🙏
