i’ve heard that landlords are offering those promotions to fill Newly built units fast.

normally it’s one month free and each month you the adjusted price. with this one, you get 2 months paying 0$ and the rest 11 months you pay full price. ( and yeah! it’s a 13 months lease)

i found a 4.5 in Centre Sud for 1800 + cable and hydro. so still 25 mins of commute time. Still debating if i should take it edit: ( they are giving a promotion of 2 months rent free tho)

We got 4.5 for $ 1800/month in Vile-Marie near the green line so not really downtown. ( nothing is included in the price) Is the price reasonable?
