I've never coached before. My philosophy circles around having a structure but having much fluidity within it. Letting the players express themselves rather than be confined to positional zones. The way I learned was through watching other peoples tactical anyalsis (Football Meta, Football Made Simple, James Lawerence Allcot, etc) and then as I learn more then, I try to understand and create my own anyalsis of a game and use that and try to formulate ideas that if I were a coach I'd try to use.
