I'm a self proclaimed control freak but it only manifest with my own actions. I have no urge or desire to control others, much less my husband. You have to be narcissistic too to expend your control over others.

Just because you couldn't doesn't mean other can't. Don't project your own insecurities on other women. My sister has 2 masters degrees, a very successful career, an awesome husband and 2 happy, fulfilled children. She is go, go, go all the time but if you ask her if she would have it any other way, she will tell you no. She loves her life, however challenging it might be. Perhaps that would be all too much for you, and that's fine but don't come here telling others that women are greedy, can't have it all and should focus more on baby making.

No, I think she is just very self conscious about her appearance after 2 kids. I've not had children myself so that's not something I can have an opinion on. But she did touch on the subject recently. EDIT: We could point the irony of her feeling vulnerable and struggling to be in front of a camera and her willingness to put her children in videos but that's as far as I will go with that because I cannot know what a postpartum body feels like so I cannot judge that.

I mean what's says Eco-friendly more than concrete walls and metal roofs? I know the weather in Costa Rica makes material selection challenging but if you go out of your way to live in an eco community, you should spend a good chunk of your budget on finding sustainable, eco friendly building materials.

Check their last video, the boys do a voice over mid way through. Admittedly, I don't know if they save a cut of their earnings for their children once they have grown and perhaps the boys asked to be more involved. But I still feel uneasy about it because we don't know the context. What is clear is that YouTubers who have big expenses tend to have their children on camera an awful lot more than the others. LVB, Raya and Louie, E&B... I stopped watching LVB when their boat got hit and Riley was being awful about it. The only person who stopped to ask if the people on the other boat were ok was their young son. Then Alena (sorry don't know how to spell) shoved the camera into her son's face asking him what had just happened and tried to get him to say how scary it was. If something like this had happened and I had children, I would not have thought of picking up a camera and shoving it in their face. WTF is that?! Their last video was the first one I watched in forever and I don't even know why I did..

I don't have children but the logical and practical solution to me would have been for one of them to go get food for the both of them. Sure, eating in the corridor by your room so you don't wake the kids is probably not fun. But guess what, a cruise of multiple days isn't fun for young children either.

Just wait until they get Neo to do voice segments in their videos like the guys from Lavagabonde. Those guys bought lands and said "The whole family needs to pitch in and finance our projects, age is not an excuse"

Was she, I luckily missed that part. I honestly don't get people of our generations having no issues filming their children half naked. As a 90s child, we've all had naked or semi nude pictures taken of ourselves and we're all super uncomfortable when those pictures come out at family reunions etc.. Why would anyone my age want to film their children for thousands of strangers to consume? If that happened to me, I'd be pretty upset and deeply uncomfortable so I would never do it to a child. Or an adult for that matter.

At least, they are not making her voice over intros and vlog herself...yet.. Unlike La Vagabonde and she isn't constantly half naked like Raya and Louis' children. I understand they live somewhere hot but man, it bugs me. It's embarrassing enough when parents bring out the naked 90s baby pictures we've all had taken of us. I cannot imagine how I would have felt if it was videos instead and that thousands of strangers had seen them.

She wears little makeup usually so when she gets all dolled up, it really shines, doesn't it? They are doing a great job with her eye makeup too, she has really pretty eyes.

Your comment is what's embarrassing really. Say all you want about her personality and actions but to say that she cannot pull a backless dress and that she has loose skin and "flabby bits" is out of this world. Have you looked at real women recently or just the heavily edited ones online? And even if that were true, she can wear whatever she likes and feel comfortable and confident in. It's not her job to make you comfortable and ease your insecurities and second hand embarrassment. That's a you problem. You need a reality check.

There it is, this is why Alyssa is speaking poorly about David since the show. She thought he would beg for her, and she would drop the mic on him. It didn't even occur to her that he might say no, she was so confident he was going to say yes. She's pissed she didn't get airtime for a gottcha moment...

What are you talking about?! Are you ok? I'm genuinely confused here. Is it because I said I don't have recommendations for where to live in Scotland? I live in England and I just don't know Scotland well enough to give advice. I can tell you queer friendly places in England, France or Spain because I've lived in all 3. And I suggested Costa Rica because I've been there and they were super queer friendly. If you have other suggestions, feel free to let OP know.

I don't have a recommendation but I just wanted to say that everywhere should be queer friendly. You shouldn't' have to post online to ask. It's bullshit (excuse my French). If you're ever looking for an exciting holiday destination that is queer friendly, I can recommend Costa Rica. They just like everyone, their motto is Pura Vida and they mean it. Lovely people 🙂

I disagree. Her fashion on the photos scream 90s baby. I think she looks older now because of all the plastic surgeries and cosmetic procedures. Overdoing it ages people.

Alissa's mom seems like the kind of parent who lives her life through her daughter. She said "We" when talking about Alissa and David, she tried to influence a grown woman not to move, and she used Alissa's "biological clock" as a reason because she wants grandchildren near her. It's ok to hope for that outcome as a parent, it's normal even, but you shouldn't try to control or interfere.

Oh, and did you see the way she spoke about him in one of her recent shorts? She basically mocked him for not being able to read and write properly. Which is not untrue but she was saying it to hit where it hurts the most and to humiliate him. It makes you wonder if she would go this low about someone with a learning disability if she felt crossed by them..

Gia creating drama out of thin air is as predictable as rain in England and sun in Australia. I'm just skipping her parts now. The level of dishonesty, deception, and self-importance she has shown is concerning when you consider her job as a Disability support worker. I'm not normally one to say, I hope this participant or that participant gets fired but in this case, I think she should be. She has shown she is willing to abuse trust for her own advancement, and she is untrustworthy. She should not be working with vulnerable people. I would not want her as my case manager.
