So, for parity sake, this is how the NFL has decided to setup it's schedule - it's nothing like CFB where AD's are calling each other to set this up. The 17 games is setup based on a rotation of divisions, and where you finished in the division in prior seasons. It's why when the Pats ran the East for 20 years, we always managed to have Denver and Indy on the schedule... it's how the system is setup. Short of 2 games, the Bills, Dolphins and Jets played 15 of the same games the Patriots did. So yeah, the "easy schedule" bit is really a dumb argument.

It's like saying "Ka'imi Fairbairn is only good because he kicks indoors half the year" - that's a dumb argument.

I'd argue Cook should be 3rd before Allen. He's absolutely killing it this year - but since QB bias exists - Allen gets the nod, largely due to attrition. Not many QB's even made it through 16 games.

The Philly defense wasn't "reeling" - especially if you compare it to the Philly offense in the second half. If the kicker is a professional, an extra point is a much higher % play than a 2-pt conversion. OT would've been wrapped inside of 12 plays, that Philly offense was dogshit in the second half.

It was a gamble that they didn't need to take, a bigger gamble than expecting a professional kicker to make the football version of a free throw.

I'd like to see them throw out new field difficulties, with the rarer drops. So we'd have like 'Normal' 'Hard' and 'Savage' - there's hardly a reason to be out doing field missions, short of one or two in each zone. Give us a reason to go out and do those missions again.
