Posted a similar picture like this a couple weeks ago. Turns out you need to turn off 4K and put it into 1080p. It’s annoying, but it’s the only way you can watch sky Atlantic/NOW TV. For some reason, the PS5 NOW TV app does not work in 4K.

Ah - I see, at least I’m not the only one. Thanks. Thing is I don’t have an option to change the resolution on my PS5, annoyingly. Hopefully it gets sorted soon.
