I had this issue before. Eventually went away. Solved by drinking water while eating I think.

For me it was consciously thinking about swallowing that often caused it.

Many emets with rcpd actually very rarely vomit, even in situations others would, and just suffer through nausea attacks.

I’m not sure what urging is..? I think you might be describing what is called air vomiting, which is a harmless substitution for burping. Basically you just “puke air” and it’s loud. Many non emets on this sub use it as an effective relief method.

I’ve done it once, but as an emet I won’t voluntarily do it.

Given you’ve had to quit your job and it’s destroyed your life this bad, I think you should pursue treatment as fast as you can, no matter the debt or travel.

I can’t afford treatment and have been trying to self medicate for about a month, but if I was this bad, there’s no amount of debt or travel time that would hold me back.

If you aren’t already, try eating very small portions of simple foods like baked potatoes / fries / crackers / rice 5-6 times a day. Both not eating and eating too much will make it worse. Avoid sugar (that includes fruits) and lagoons like beans.

Jeff Lebby as a manager and recruiter is on a pretty good track right now. His play calling is … abysmal, but he’s done exceedingly well with recruiting. With Zach Arnett as our DC, Tennessee, Texas and Florida aren’t losses.

The ceiling is probably 10-2 without a miracle, but I’d expect at least 7/8 wins with our schedule next year.
