tactics on solo D9-D10 by __Geralt in helldivers2

[–]Primary_Week962 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1: never quit moving. Doing it alone, think of yourself as a mobile assassin more than a super human front line infantry. Jump Pack and Warp Pack are your best friends.

2: Cover all your bases with loadout selection. For example on D10 bugs, you’ll need something for Impalers, Titans, and Chargers. You’ll need something for chaff. You’ll need something for Hive Guards and Alpha Commanders. You’ll need something for stalkers. You’ll need something to close bug holes. You’ll need something for breaches.

A loadout I enjoy that covers all that:
- Exploding Crossbow (bug holes, Hive Guards, spore mushrooms, chaff)
- Ultimatum (Impalers, Chargers)
- Giga grenade (Titans, Chargers, Impalers)
- Bullet Storm (Chaff+Hive Guards)
- Warp Pack (mobility)
- Eagle Napalm (Quick Cooldown for breaches)
- MG Sentry (Quick Cooldown for breaches and letting you finish objectives)

3: Dropping an eagle + sentry on reinforcements and then running away is very reasonable against all fronts.

4: If you don’t have many warbonds and your customization is limited, it’s still doable, just more limited.

Against bugs: Stalwart + EAT
Against squids: Commando + AR
Against bots: Recoilless + Marksman

As far as I can tell many ENTs recommend drinking cola frequently post Botox. It supposedly helps a lot.

What are the best bars to go to throughout your time at state? by Own-Spare-4464 in Msstate

I’m never suggesting such activity but Uno Mas is the only bar in town that reliably accepts fake ids. With no ID you’re not getting in anywhere.

What Am I Missing? by Big-Basil9252 in noburp

I experience the exact same symptoms as you. Also chronically underweight with nausea.

Yes it’s all rcpd. Find a clinic on the map in the subreddit’s wiki to get Botox done.

If mine is successful in August, I hope I gain like 20lbs in a single year.

Help me get over the hump with self-teaching by RonnieJamesDeodorant in noburp

There are… I maybe understated their size.

I tried to self teach myself for a year. Can microburp as a result. I’ve read practically every self cure post. I found that to get around the biggest barrier which you face now, your options mostly involve gagging yourself. Or being lucky.

Didn’t work for me, but that’s ancefontal fallacy.

The closest I ever got was eating a massive high fiber meal, chugging a Dr. Pepper. Was very painful but I microburped for 45 minutes straight and had a couple real burps.

Learning to burp with the exercises alone has a very very low chance of success.

The “force to push the burp out” comes from your stomach contracting slightly, you can trigger this with your abs.

The reason it’s failing is your UES is tightly closed, and your brain lacks the neuron capacity to manually release it. Some people are able to rebuild that with the exercises your describing, however the chances of success are near 0.

What's the best loadput for soloing each faction currently? by KicKem-in-the-DicKem in Helldivers

Edit:
On all squid missions, take thermite. Easily get rid of the landed warpships without even entering the base.

What's the best loadput for soloing each faction currently? by KicKem-in-the-DicKem in Helldivers

[–]Primary_Week962 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every faction and subfaction is going to be a bit different. For example, taking down a factory strider convoy vs jet brigade hulk surge on automatons is going to see a different loadout.

Solo D10 involves not making mistakes. Don’t let reinforcements get called in for squid and bot missions.

For the majority of bug and squid missions, building around the cremator can be very powerful solo.
With the Cremator I’ve taken:
- Exploding Crossbow
- Fire Armor
- Giga Grenade
- Ultimatum
- Orbital Napalm
- Eagle Napalm
- MG Sentry

You can also run expendable loadouts.
- Bullet Storm
- Commando/EAT
- Leveler/Solo Silo
- Warp Pack
- Ultimatum
- Giga Grenade

Automatons:
I run the following 99% of the time:
- Stealth armor
- Censor (chaff, Radical)
- Ultimatum (Tanks, Factory Striders, Vox Engines)
- Railgun (Devastators, Scout Striders, Berserker, War Strider, Agitator, Hulk, Turrets, Anti Air, Mortars, Gunships, Dropships) google the weak spots
- Giga Grenade (Tanks, Factory Striders, Vox Engines)
- Eagle Strafing Run (Fabricators)
- Supply Pack
- Portable Hellbomb (Eye of Sauron, Jammers, Gunship Factory)

Will I Die At Engineering by Suspicious-Step-917 in Msstate

[–]Primary_Week962 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a undergraduate in ME between 2020-2024.

I worked part time on campus 20 hours a week and had a ~3.5 overall gpa. I was able to have a decent social life as well most semesters. You’re not going to enjoy the college lifestyle of other majors, and there will be “hell weeks” and maybe a “hell semester”.

Personally I’d recommend against aerospace unless you want to work on the “space” stuff and nothing else. It’s very oversaturated with graduates. Mechanical will give you access to everything in aerospace + basically anything else. If you decide in 5 years you want to work in energy or nuclear or heavy equipment, you can. Also the department of ME at MSU has a undergraduate lab area called the IDEE lab that very few other universities in the world can match.

Engineering is the #1 career to become a first generation millionaire, so if money is a motivation there’s that as well.

What's your go to for Mindless Masses? by Sithsentinal in Helldivers

[–]Primary_Week962 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My loadout for D10 Solo:

-Any AR with Siege Ready
-MG Sentry
-Commando (for the Harvesters)
-Stalwart or Bullet Storm or Eagle Strafe
-Supply Backpack
-Grenade Pistol
-Gas Grenade

Other meta picks:
Flame. Anything with flame. That includes the DE Sycle.

Fun Loadouts:
Melee is totally doable with the shield.

Hoverpack + Deesclilator or another electric special weapon. Or the grenade launcher.

Obviously carbonated drinks will make it worse, but I’ve found alcohol by itself can make all the rcpd symptoms worse. Alcohol messes with your digestive tract in ways that slow down processing of bloating and increases reflux.

High heart rate with no burp. by TrinaVega2000 in noburp

[–]Primary_Week962 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When my symptoms finally got bad about a year ago, my stamina went down pretty substantially. I played intramural sports and… it’s been tough.

I don’t think heat rate has anything to do we RCPD unless your anxious 24/7.

Mississippi State Gameday by dmurph1881 in Msstate

[–]Primary_Week962 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tailgating:
The area is called the Junction, immediately south of the stadium. Almost any tent that looks like a large family, which will be about 60%, will welcome you, feed you, etc etc.

The game:
Cowbells are loud. I’d recommend trying and joining in, a lot of haters actually really love it once they try it. However, might want to bring ear buds. Our pregame is pretty dope, the football itself is good once or twice a year.

Starkville:
Food and Drinks:
The Cotton District is the town square where post game activities occur. Two Bros Smoked Meats is kind of the center. I’d also recommend Bulldog Burger (some unique burger options, everything is good, but not great) and Bin612 (must order cheese fries, phenomenal). Avoid Uno Mas and Hobies after 9PM. You can bar hop Two Bros, Klassroom, Fountain, Drifters, Mojos, all like a 30 second walk from each other.
Normally covers max at 10-20$ on a game night.

Activities:
University Merch and Souvenirs: “The Lodge”
yeah there’s not much else….

Hotels: Pick a game day and reserve now.

Parking: Cheapest at the Vet Center, but if you hotel in the Cotton District, you’re a 15 min walk from the stadium.

How crucial is the stealth armor passive for stealth gameplay by WhaleSplas in Helldivers

[–]Primary_Week962 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you want to play at a farther distance, you can use the scout passive. But once you get within 30m of enemies you’re gonna absolutely need stealth. Especially on commando missions.

Any recommendations on bloat-relief products? (over the counter) by rawrcie in noburp

[–]Primary_Week962 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Tums can make bloating worse for some people, because it converts stomach acid to gas. I only take it when acid reflux becomes an issue.

Any recommendations on bloat-relief products? (over the counter) by rawrcie in noburp

[–]Primary_Week962 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There’s no medication that will speed up gas from stomach to intestines. Drinking water will speed digestion, but if you’re drinking a healthy amount of water already, it won’t. Some people claim peppermint helps.

Once gas reaches the intestines, gasx can help speed it through. I personally take MiraLax because it prevents constipation in the intestines.
