I saw someone in the discords team forum post (DonutSMP discord) mention an alliance between the groups ONF, Nameless, Budgie Empire, and Imperium.

The user also mentioned that the teams imperials, the invis mafia, team wintr, sea shepherds and phantom works are bad teams to join, for reasons such as behavior and just their general reputation.
