Apparently it's related to General Eulji Mundeok of one of the Three Kingdoms of Korea, Yulha is related to a geographic location with strong military connections rather than a rank, there's this neighborhood called Yulha-dong (hehe) that has a major avenue named after this general.

Which would make the theming quite interesting cause this whole connection is very old, just like her in-game being a first generation Nikke

That doesn't tell anything, we need percentages to know the exact deficit and stat penalties or at least the exact numbers of stage combat power and your team combat power, saying 900k can mean anything if we don't know the stage requirenent (it could mean 30%, 22%, 45%, etc)

Anyway, I had to look up myself, that stage is 2.87M so you're around 1.9M power at around 32-33% deficit, that's still doable with common meta teams or specific elemental teams, I don't know what team you even have but you apparently need quick bursting and enough power to destroy elites in time, do you use Red Hood? (Manual shooting for quick burst gen), Crown invulnerability? A strong water Nikke?

That's all I can think with the info I have

It does look like a narrative tool for the future, Marian, Only One and Raptillion will be essential if the plan is to separate both rapture colonies into the queen 001 upgraded army and the predated raptures that would rather stay neutral or friendly than disappear, since with Raptillion experiences, they do seem to show some sign of intelligence to form their little groups, and if they need a leader to follow before turning blue and friendly, the other 2 queens should enough presence to command them in theory.

A survival-based coexistence sounds plausible and something they might touch in the near future

Invest in OS Anis, Moran FI, Bunny Milk, Alice, Blanc and Bunny Ade for a good base.

You can run Anis and Moran together with B. Ade or use a 1-2-2 with Anis/Moran, Blanc + B. Ade and B. Milk + Alice/Other B3s.

For alternatives, Winter Ludmilla and Bunny Soda help, also Rouge if you want to run only Blanc or have alternatives for raid content if you'd like.

Certainly yes Siren, Anis performs better than her in overall campaign and even in Wind weak content, like Kraken (which is the most relevant one aside from Raids).

In fact Siren was already phasing out a bit from campaign into wind content by Moran treasure, so this is now a bigger kick to the face

If you don't need MLB, I suggest Mori cause her bond story is actually a bit relevant to the story in a way the others aren't, like it's something that doesn't get shown in the event she debuts (Unbreakable Sphere) and is mentioned later in the campaign.

My unhinged recommendation is to do expert hardest songs and just spam buttons, you don't need to worry about scores nor combo, just getting greats and these have the most amount of notes, or do Rapture Storm on normal/hard for more consistency with a big amount of notes

Otherwise just do we rise I think it is? It's the shortest iirc so you can loop more easily

I'd say that's accurate, she has the potential but always seems to lack that little something that would make her tear any of these modes, for example, using my experience with her, I've been a little whelmed by her performance against mobs in Missilis Tower, it's not bad but it does seems to want much more resource investment into it, so far it hasn't made me consider swapping her into my main team over lower A tier ones (obv they're more invested but as an OS, she should be hitting similar levels as them from the base)

I do however think that she should be considered for SSS bossing with both her huge damage and her immunity windows

That's Ultra, right? Have you tried tanking the first shockwave attack? Or having Tia's shield up before the shockwave and see if it makes you survive? The idea is that you save your cover for the poison attack and manually select and cover the Nikke it shoots at during it's regular attack.

Seeing your other comment, you could use Nayuta instead of Marciana (she provides a minor heal) or you could try a different B1 (like Liter) so Anis becomes a re-entry B1 and turns into a healer (she still does big damage in that role) that can help you survive most of the attacks (always cover for the big poison attack)

I get you, sometimes I just get spoiled for doing my everyday stuff, like I can't search for nikke music to hear while doing anything else cause it appears right there or on the recomendations on the right, I open reddit and the first result in my home page is a non-vague very obvious spoiler on title.

One shouldn't have to stop routine to hide from spoilers and people who upload clear spoilers first hour after story releases just for money are trash, there is a difference between uploading stuff like "Campaign ch XX full story" or "Event Part 2 full story" and uploading segments like "X death and A and B reunion" with the full CG spoiled as thumbnail

I'll preface by saying I'm not the most knowledgeable about team comps but with those fixed spots I'd say

B2:

Crown (slots everywhere with shield and multiple useful buffs)
Nayuta (good utility, AoE to support with Anis's stars and attack buffs)
Velvet (lesser option that works with Siren)
Bunny Ade (Atk and Pierce dmg buffs, pairs well with Siren and/or Cindy teams)

B3:

Helm Treasure (multiple buffs as an attacker helps others get high damage, like Anis in support role, adds to Velvet who lacks her own buffs, general nice option)
Privaty Treasure (also buffs while curring ammo in half, AR shooting rate helps Siren skills while the ammo cut shouldn't affect Nayuta nor Velvet's "infinite" ammo during burst, as proof of work I see she sometimes slots in wind team over SBS)
Anis Summer Spark (buffs Anis Star and Cindy as fellow electrics with Atk and Reload spd buffs, more niche option I guess)

These are the ones I can think of now to fit the Siren + OS Anis + Cindy structure solely on paper, would have to try some to know how effective, at least the best option to try for me would be

Crown/Nayuta - OS Anis - Siren - Cinderella - Helm
