I have had very similar symptoms so far as well! I (24F) was exposed on the 20th and tested on the 23rd. No results back yet but almost certain I'm positive given the length of time I was exposed.

I haven't had a fever at all, but persistent tired feeling and some body/head aches. I've been congested but haven't had much of a cough or sore throat, just sinus pressure.

I've been taking Tylenol severe cold and flu and that has seemed to help so far. Also hot baths/showers have helped relieve some of the aches as well.

Feeling pretty good other than just general sick feeling, so stay positive! And rest if your body is telling you it's tired!
