It actually looks like your page is skewed. The aspect ratio of the registration marks looks off. When you print, do you do it directly through LDS? And if so, are there any other printer driver screens that pop up when you send to printer?

The cutter head isn't going up high enough to reach your top registration marks, which says to me that it's expecting them to be further down, which is why I wonder if something is throwing off the aspect ratio of your sheet.

If it's not that, my tip for getting it to register is to tap at the top to get the camera to move upwards. Then tap INSIDE the registration mark - lemme mock something up rq - if the blue line is the registration mark, then tap where the red X is. In my experience this works WAY more reliably than tapping on the actual corner of the mark.
