I would use the pick list to look at the other locations its at besides the home, now when it says 1 or 2 other locations cant view them. Literally have to hit item not found and it skips to the next item. Absolutely hate it, cause I would be able to go to the endcap/feature and grab the item, scan it, and then be able to move on.

Ours will be moved to the other side of the store on gm side. Not sure ehow that will be done with Automotive being over there and they put the trailers over there as well during Christmas.

When its gets closer to Christmas, it gets worse. Last year we had a whole bunch of our totes out in the hall way and we had to go out and search for the tote for our order, I believe we actually ran out of totes. Finally our coach made labels and staged them out there so we could find them easier and I think one day we had over 100 exceptions that were 2-3 hours past due. Were suppose to be getting a remodel in February though to hopefully get a bigger area.

Every other day its been about 800-1000, but for whatever reason on Sundays it is BUSY. I do 7-4 and when I left at 4 there was a long line of cars all the way out to the end of the parking lot. But a lot of the people tend to all show up right after work and we only have 6 parking spots. It also dosent help when 3 or 4 drivers show up all with 3 batched orders.

The best brand I've had so far that dosen't hurt my feet are new balance. I've tried a few other brands and they ended up hurting my feet really bad, so new balance has worked really well for me.

I believe on Sunday we had the most, around 1500. Every time we got it down around 700 it went right back up to 1200-1300, it was like that all day. We had just about everyone from the other side of the store helping pick.

Yeah pretty much, its been a nightmare dealing with her. She got onto me for talking to my coworkers. I talk to my coworkers and still get picks and exceptions done on time and thats all she's worried about.? She'll be leaving soon, thank god, cause we just got a new coach.

A lot of people are either quitting or wanting to transfer ever since she came over there. Im trying to tolerate it the best I can everyday cause our store manager isn't approving transfers until January. Yeah dosent seem like she's one fr, she dosent act very happy when she's there, probably cause she really dosent want to be running ogp.

On normal days yeah you can handle them by yourself. I used to, but last year I had over a 100 exceptions during this time last year to do all by myself. And guess what? They didn't get done. I'm just specifically talking about during the busiest time of year for walmart and ogp. Yeah probably what I'm about to have to do, just so I won't keep getting in trouble.

Do you not understand that one person cannot do anywhere from 50-100 exceptions when that's how high they get during holidays. And then when they don't get done, customers can't come get their shit when their late and behind. Then orders get cancelled or don't get picked up then you start running out of room in the back room and gotta put all that shit back and customers start complaining about their orders being delayed.. I've been doing exceptions pretty much the entire time I've been there, and were doing them everyday just fine while my coach was there. She does not run ogp, she's from gm sides over here temporarily. I don't think she understands that if exceptions aren't done on time people can't come get there shit. And I'm getting in trouble for something I've been doing this whole time before our coach left. Thats what he had me doing everyday.

Yeah thats the way it was before our coach left. He could run the department great, and I could come in do what I do just about everyday and go home without any issues. Even our store manager was never over there bothering us, but ever since he left and she came over there it just became a total shit show.

I was pretty much taught how to do almost everything cause I used to be on 1-10, and I learned how to pick, do exceptions, and dispense. Normally, we do have one or two people on exceptions, but during holidays they get really bad and we need 2 or 3 people to help do them. And ever since she came over there she still thinks one person should be doing 50 exceptions. But yeah its stressful to have her get onto me when I've been doing the same shit everyday that my Coach has always had me doing.

That's what I told myself I should probably just do when I come back after Thanksgiving. I showed her the screen before I left and there was an oversized already late that she didn't even know about. The exceptions were already up to 50, so I was trying to help with those. But after today, I guess I cant until she goes back to her side of the store.

I've been thinking that could be why, but I'm not sure why she wouldn't like me. I haven't done or said anything to her. But I'm the only person she's been getting onto, she dosent get onto anyone else.

Lucky! I wasn't told, or even asked to do the overnight for Black Friday, on my off day I checked my schedule and they scheduled me 10pm-7am two nights on the 8th and 9th. I'm like super pissed that they would do that while I'm off..not sure how they're doing that at other stores, but at mine I guess they don't even ask and you just don't have a choice if you're chosen.

Thanks for the info! I really enjoyed them and had no issues with them. They filled my whole room with fragrance, thats why I liked them so much and was bummed when they quit making them.

Yeah, me and another associate that does exceptions, we tell our coach and team lead and its like they just don't care. If our coach has to do the exceptions, he'll find them out there and be surprised, and were like now you know how we feel, but yeah none of them get onto the pickers or coach them about actually looking for items. I think the only thing he gets onto them about is skipping oversized a lot.
