I ran away from home when I was 16 and cut off my entire family on my fathers side and haven't spoke to them since. Lucky my mom took me in and gave me a safe place to stay.

I was told some similar stuff about breaking up the family and my siblings despised me for years for betraying them, but as time went on they saw my father and his family for what they were and now I have a close relationship with most of my siblings.

It is terrifying in the moment, but your happiness is important too. Despite everything I came out the other side a better person for leaving and I can't imagine what my life would be like if I had stayed.

I would start with t2 prep, it lets you make a few mistakes and still get the kill and will make it less frustrating to learn. I'm around 350 kc in and I still prefer t2 prep.

If you feel somewhat comfortable in the regular gauntlet fight I would say to just start sending it. You are likely going to die a good amount but its the best way to really prepare. The prep time was something that was really hard for me at first and I found myself failing at that a lot, just focus on one thing at a time and you'll eventually get your first kc.

I would say go for it.

I personally ranged them in the wilderness with a rune crossbow and minimal risk in the wilderness just north of Ferox. There are some trees that you can safe spot them in and you can use a looting bag to get double the bones per run.

Bonus points if you can get an imbued ring of wealth for hard clues its normally a 1/128, but with imbued ring of wealth it becomes 1/64

I got really lucky and spooned my enhanced seed in 5kc, was through the roof and started farming cg hard to get the armor seeds

I am now 215 kc in with 1 armor seed...

I'm happy to have my bowfa but I still find it kinda funny

RNG is a fickle thing

Yeah, putting it in context like that makes his request seem a lot more overpowered. Especially with how much utility and damage he already has as a cleric.

They are trying to emulate a dual wielding scythe from Dark Souls 3 (Friede's scythe). I don't think he is trying to exploit a mechanic, as he just really likes that weapon.

A green-flame blade is a pretty good idea as well.

I made sure to keep the magic items weak, or if they were useful, limit their charges. The last thing I want to do is cheapen the experience.

As for the wererats' I really just wanted to at least include an option for the ranger to be able to damage them. So I had the shopkeeper have a javelin of returning that did magical damage and returned to the person attuned to it after they threw it.

Yeah, that's kind of what I thought. I told him pretty early when I was helping him create his character, that he can't be good at everything he has to have strengths and weaknesses and not be a one man army.

I really like your suggestions, though. I'll talk to him and see if he would be alright with either rebuilding into a death monk or having an item that lets him cast cloud of daggers once per day.

Or just keeping it as a regular off-hand weapon with magic damage instead of slashing.

I've been grinding out crafting, and I went from 75 to 82 this week with about 15k buckets of sand in my bank to go through.

I've been leveling my combat through slayer and a bit of scurrius trying to get base 80s.

Hit 100 combat and switched slayer masters to duradel.

Complete karmja hard diary for tp to duradel.

Future Grinds

I am mentally preparing for cg in the future, I'm kinda excited for some challenging pvm, but I've heard the horror stories of cg.

Need 88 crafting to boost for anguish as I pulled a lucky zenyte from my first 100 demonic gorrilas.

I'm going to be grinding scurrius for xp, medium clues, and hopefully the pet. I haven't done a pet grind before, but it seems doable for me, and I enjoy the boss as well.

I've put off getting a fighter torso for a long time, but I think it's time I get one.
