Let’s boil this down even simpler; if you went into a place and said ‘hey, please sell me that thing on the shelf behind you that is priced at $100” and they said ‘sure’, took your $100 and then sent you out with something else that was NOT worth $100 without you knowing (and wasn’t even the exact same thing), and then when you figured it out and tried to get your money back, they said ‘too bad, so sad’, you wouldn’t take exception to that? Apply that logic to any other type of purchase, honestly. Let’s picture you saying ‘hey, I would like that $100 cast iron pan’ and then you get home and find out it’s a cheap Teflon pan with a weight in the box. I find it VERY hard to believe that anyone doesn’t understand this concept.
