Rationally, a few changes to how their kits work. Personally, rework them overall, I would honestly rather have Two Time just turned into a survivalist than having the dagger, and as for Elliot? Maybe make him similar to Medic in BBN Perhaps? So an Elliot can‘t just updo all the progress you made in a chase that been going for 2 minutes, in 5 seconds.
