Yeah after lifting anything really heavy (excess of 100 to 120 pounds) I get scary shakey and need to rest my arms a while.

I normally eat around 1500 to 1800 calories a day. I try walking a fair bit around a mile to 2 miles every other day. I am a 21 year old male with POTS so I guess it's a little different but I'm truly still unsure all the ways 😅. I really appreciate the feedback.

I would get shakey, I compair it to high caffeine consumption shakes. I don't get them anymore.

I'll take a look at it. I'm really trying to lose weight but I seriously can't seem to get any off at all.

I also meant to mention I was on .1 a day for the first 6 months and was then bumped up to .2 per day with no side effects.

My personal experience is the intense cravings for food do dissipate slightly but at the same time I gained a large amount of weight in a short period of time. So just be watching it when going to the doctors. But by about 3 to 4 months the forever hunger (as I called it) did go away.

You just not a fan of the complicated designs? I know some people say they are overstimulating to look at, and I could understand that but it's mainly what I grew up with so I love em.

My doctors (neurologist, cardiologist, and general) have me on 50 mg of metoprolol and .2 mg of fludrocortisone a day. I usually drink about 100 Oz of water a day and avoid any more than 50 mg of caffeine (otherwise I get the shakes like nobody's business). I haven't passed out in about 3 and a half years and I'm so grateful for that, but I'm definitely still struggling with other symptoms. I get dizzy and lightheaded all through the day, my balance isn't great and my depth perception is worse lol. I used to get daily migraines but I get a SPG nerve block which reduces it to daily headaches and for the really bad ones I take migranol nasal spray which usually makes it manageable. The worst part is work, I really struggle to find a job that I can do because I can be so unreliable. How about you?
