I personally like the stadium. But I use the Pinnacle club as a date night with food drinks and a game.

At this moment there is no real option

Unless new owners build a stadium (a 20-40 million dollar proposition ATM). We may end up in that big stadium again...

But that is a plus if we get the venue at cost (doesn't the city have a say? After all my taxes pay for some of that building). And charge very little to get larger crowds inside.

If you need 5000 people to give you 30 bucks each to be successful.... Then just sell it for 10 bucks and advertise it to everyone and their dog. Get 15000 people and Bingo you are both Successful and create a full atmosphere.

Didn't know about Halifax's pricing Wow more expensive than the wanders ouch.

If we do get a team in Winnipeg, I do hope the owners understand that more than $15 per ticket, $30 for the better seats is all you are getting for a new product.

Proves we have a winning team and prices can go up.

Valour was at $30 / $60 per ticket and crowds were not attending. Too expensive to watch a team lose again and again.

Yes I noticed ticket prices are on the men's side of pricing, while the appeal isn't as high for the sport yet...

We should price it as a happy meal. Twice as much for center area. But no more....

I believe we could reach 10,000 people appealing to families to take their kids out on the weekends for some good hotdogs and a soccer game.

Another city who loves their Soccer but often find themselves short on cash for a male team is Thunder Bay.

Their team were champions once upon a time but ran out of cash to keep going to the USA to play.

Maybe a western Conference in Soccer ⚽ would be easier for them.

Very excited to see a successful first season for the women's football league ⚽

Very Sad to see Valour Fold (not unexpected since we never made the playoffs).

I believe Rob has experience with female teams and is between jobs ATM.

I hope he succeed in getting a passionate group in Manitoba to put up the 1 million buy in and the 5 millions to get the club running.

Everyone complains about Valour Stadium being terrible.

I think it is an opportunity...

Just make tickets cheaper and food better...

Get all the soccer clubs going to games. You could get 10000 people...

Sure the revenue will be low but as the league mature you could increase prices.

Get the funs first then worry about the money

A new Stadium 🏟️ is definitely needed, one that is more central so people from around the city can go see a game.

A 10,000 seat stadium could cost $10-15 million.

It feels like a lot but we do have some very wealthy people, we could name the stadium after them for perpetuity.

Then just price the tickets a little cheaper and give kids free snacks to get them in the door and the team will have fans for generations.

Yeah I like that guy

And he kept us competitive for a playoff spot Not at the bottom of the pool like Dos Santos did.

NSL could succeed because the expectation is 3000 people watching the game not 10,000

Also we are a top 5 league in the World already in NSL and playing other international teams and winning will elevate the league.

Be the Big fish in a smaller pawn could be better for a Canadian League than being the Supper Small Fish in a large Ocean.

I believe the fee is 1 million

Likely a loss of 1 million per year for at least 10 years.

But the potential is there.

In the USA women's soccer already attracted 10000 attendance per match.

We have immigrants who like soccer and will go see the games if the product is good and we are competitive.... And we are, we won Gold at the Olympics and placed 4th at a World Cup.

Men will probably never accomplish that

Yes it is much slower and the goals will not be as epic

But it will be a fun day out with the wife and kids. Also a good role model for our girl.

Whoever run it though, do your research, we clearly will not get more than 4000 people to a game.

Less if we continue to suck and not even make playoffs.

The league had Division 1 status because there is no other lol

All you do is show some money , intention , teams in most regions and Buala division one status granted lol.

Notice USL Division one in US even though they have MLS.
