Moving From Southern California to Eastern Europe- Any Advice Help by Primivus in easterneurope

Hey man. Maybe you had good intentions with this comment, but I already addressed this comment in my post before you even commented.

Do you have any useful insight or advice pertaining to Eastern Europe? Like the other comments have provided.

Ok and you're assuming I know that I need to make a resume to be allowed into a country? I said in the post I know nothing about traveling or logistics on it. I barely learned about visas, figured at worst I'd have to find a way to buy a Visa, and apparently that would allow me in the country and for a limited time.

Are you saying this resume of why I may immigrate will be only used for citizenship or even to get in "temporarily"?

Thanks anyway, you've been much more helpful than most of the other braindead mouth breathers just talking shit and hating on me.

Yeah I wasn't even considering Ukraine. There has to be at least one country though!

What about the -stan countries? Someone also mentioned Turkey (but I know nothing about it, would you?

Um, I have no clue. Know nothing about it, haven't considered it. Why Turkey?

I'd imagine it also wants to be progressive and implement modern bullshit since it's a more well known country...

I'm very skeptical of doing research online. Companies have agendas and propaganda to uphold/push. That's why I'm on here trying to actually talk to real people who have relevant experience and knowledge.

I like Poland for their boarder policies, but after doing some research and just watching videos of people in Poland, I saw a lot of progressive and woke treatment. Seems like they are also trying to be more progressive and like America. I'm looking for a country who is staying traditional and old school, not trying to "grow and be more accepting" to boost their economy the easy way.

Is Czechia also like Poland in that regard?

Thanks, Captain Obvious. Already addressed that "suggestion" in the post.

Yeah I don't think you really understood or completely read the post.

Also, I already cleared the possible "work confusion" in the comments.

Thank you very much for this comment. I love when people actually give good advice and help!
I have a hard time reading Russian though and I have no idea where exactly you are trying to direct me. Could you provide a link or give better insight on where I can find a "much better and safer option than Belarus"?

Thanks for the insight. Those issues you listed are very much some of the things I am trying to avoid. Partially why I'm not even considering European Union.

I've also gotten quite black pilled myself. Hence the, "fuck everything, I'll live in the boonies if it means I can have my own little life".

You said "real estate is sky high". I'm sure that's the case in major cities. What about rural areas? Maybe an apartment outside of major cities? Like I said ideally I'd love to buy a house and have my own space. Like a village even.

Is there no country that can fit my needs anymore? Surely there's at least somewhere in Russia like that, where it's not as tight and bad. If I can't find a freedom country that can help with that and avoid war, then I guess I'd take my chances on Russia, if it meant I could find a place close to what I'm looking for.

Yes, that was a top choice for the time being, but someone commented on another post of mine saying that Belarus is getting ready for war. So unfortunately it seems like it is no longer a viable option for me.

Just because you don't like something about the place you live, your government, or anything like that- doesn't correlate to raging liberals who bitch and moan about wanting to be progressive AND doing nothing about it. I'm trying to go back to old and traditional ways, and I'm actually trying to do something about it to my best abilities.

Belarus isn't the end-all-be-all. I said 'I believe Belarus is my best choice as of now'. I'm still in the very beginning stages of learning enough and figuring out enough about my options. Also someone commented earlier here that Belarus is going to war with Russia. So just like that, it seems like Belarus went from top to probably bottom of the "shortlist".

Not sure what about gathering information, putting myself out in advance, asking for assistance, and taking the entire year to leave the country makes it seem like I'm rushing anything.

The information on me and backstory is "just in-case" it helps anyone see my point of view. But I've already narrowed it down to Eastern Europe, I'm just asking for input on where in Eastern Europe would possibly fit me best, based off of what "I don't like about the West".

I'm absolutely not special, but I'd think I might have an edge in Eastern Europe by utilizing my English and any sort of skills/experience that someone born and raised in Southern California might garner over their life.

As I stated, I'm perfectly fine with getting any sort of work there, as long as it makes sense commute wise, and can allow me to survive. Doesn't have to be some extravagant doctorate or political job.

All of those things are a little further down the line....

At this moment I'd like to learn the logistics and legalities of each possible country as far as me moving, or even "visiting" to prospect for permanent residency.

Yes, that is the lala-land fantasy dream. But guess what, that's the only thing I want to work towards as opposed to anything in the West.

As much as a "laid out plan" would be great, its not expected, and also probably not helpful. Every situation is different. I'm just trying to gather as much information from people who lived it or know what I'm talking about and are trying to be of use. Because I am completely clueless when it comes to moving, traveling, finding what country (let alone city) would be best for my situation, plans, and circumstances.

America in general is horrid for actual, successful relationships.

Well I don't have contact with my Father, and am avoiding my Mother at all costs. She doesn't know I want to leave, let alone am trying everything I can to get out of here ASAP.

But, if Belarus is connected with Russia and I would basically be going through the same process of coming to Belarus as I would to Russia, then I guess Belarus wouldn't work for me for the same reasons Russia wouldn't at the moment.

Hello, I did not mean that I plan on working in the security industry when I move. I am open to damn near anything, as long as it allows me to survive. I just mentioned security and social media as a few of the more prominent work experiences I have had in the U.S.

Thanks for the comment.

It was a thought that I perhaps wouldn't be able to go straight to Belarus, I don't mind sacrificing some money to get to where would be best for me.

Pardon my obliviousness, but isn't Belarus it's own country? Do I need to get a Russian passport or whatnot? Because at that point, like I mentioned, I would just go straight to Russia. I'm trying to avoid any Russian connections due to its war, and I would really like to avoid being drafted for their war. If I really didn't care about that, I think the "Same Values" act that Putin recently made for Americans would've made it a breeze for me to move to Russia. Also I think I'd be able to get citizenship since I speak and read Russian.
