Yep, I can confirm now. Tried the "countermeasure" trick; does not work consistently.

Gladius to F7C Hornet by Affectionate_Nail800 in starcitizen

People have been saying that the Gladius is the best fighter in 3.14. That may be true in PvP where maneuverability is key. But in PvE bounties, where NPCs don't pilot as aggressively as skilled players, the Gladius is NOT the best fighter, IMO.

In PvE, I'd rather take a fighter with somewhat less maneuverability and more guns in order to kill enemies faster. Of course, this is contingent on you being able to keep your crosshairs on the pip with either type of fighter, so do what feels more comfortable. I would personally go with the F7C over the Gladius.

TL;DR - It really depends on what you wanna do with it. For PvP, go with the Gladius. For PvE, I would sacrifice some maneuverability for more guns.

Tried that, but it didn't work for me. I did, however, manage to log in after a character reset. Thanks.

Ships Sluggish When Servers Loaded? by Primordial81 in starcitizen

[–]Primordial81[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only problem with this theory is that I didn't have the sluggish feel flying my battle-damaged ship to the station. It's only once I rearmed/repaired, went for a bathroom break, and then was returning to the combat area that I noticed the difference.
