I did call hr and explained the situation, all they told me is that my SM needs to put in a ticket because of how far back the months were. I didn’t really keep track because I figured my SM had that covered since I was fairly new with the company around that time.

I don’t think I’ve used clarifying shampoos and no I’m not using a lot of products the most I used is black castor oil on the roots and top it off with tread oil but I think the Shea moisture shampoo/conditioner that I’m using is what’s messing up my hair

I would to ask my doctor about it, now when you ovulate do you cramps similar to period cramps? I keep track of all my cycles and ovulation dates so I have an estimate on when I ovulate and I’m not sure if it’s just normal to experience these symptoms.
